What is your hiring process?

We follow a 6-stage hiring process:

How do you guarantee candidate quality?

What if my RemoPro isn’t working out?

We offer a Membership Pause Guarantee—if a hire doesn’t meet your expectations, we pause your membership until a suitable replacement is found.

Onboarding & Integration

How long does onboarding take?

Typically, onboarding takes 2–4 weeks, including setup, training, and integration into your existing team structure.

What happens after hiring?

We provide ongoing support, including training, performance reviews, and regular check-ins to ensure long-term success.

How do I provide feedback on my RemoPro’s performance?

We encourage real-time feedback during daily interactions. Additionally, we conduct regular check-ins, facilitate feedback sessions, and send out surveys to ensure the partnership is progressing smoothly.

Working Hours & Time Zones

What time zone does my RemoPro work in?

Your RemoPro works on your schedule, period. Whether you need full alignment with your time zone or prefer some asynchronous hours for focused work, we’ll tailor their schedule to meet your specific needs.

How should I set up my RemoPro’s schedule?

We recommend starting with a fixed schedule that includes a few hours of overlap between you and your RemoPro, especially early on. This allows for real-time communication and smooth collaboration. As your partnership grows, the schedule can evolve to fit what works best for you and your team.

How many hours a week does my RemoPro work?

Each RemoPro works 40 hours a week across five business days, with two consecutive days off. The schedule is flexible and can be adjusted based on your preferences and business requirements.

What if my RemoPro needs to work more than 40 hours?

Some weeks can get busy, and that’s expected. If your RemoPro regularly exceeds 40 hours a week, we recommend adding another team member to maintain productivity without overloading your current hire.

Contracts & Payment

What are the pricing terms?

Our pricing starts at $1800/month, with flexible options depending on the role’s complexity and your business needs.

When is payment due?

Payments are due on the first of each month. You don’t pay until a candidate begins working.

How does my RemoPro get paid?

RemoPros are employed directly by RemoTeams. They receive:• Health insurance

Is this a month-to-month contract?

We start with a 3-month commitment, allowing enough time to see real results. Afterward, contracts roll over on a monthly basis.

Can I hire multiple candidates?

Yes! You can scale your team with as many hires as needed.

Can my RemoPro sign an NDA?

Yes, NDAs are available to protect sensitive business information.                                        

What equipment will my RemoPro use?

Each RemoPro recieves a MacBook, Headset, and a Monitor.                                        

How do you ensure device security?

We implement strong security measures, including encrypted data storage, strict access controls, and regular software updates.
